Cancellation Policy
Please review these policies before booking.
• A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required for on-location, special-event, bridal, and extended appointments. The retainer will be applied to your service total.
• Cash is preferred. Credit-card payments will be subject to a processing surcharge.
• Any remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations/no shows will forfeit the booking retainer.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
